Selling a house where our children were raised was emotionally exhausting and nerve-wracking. My husband and I wanted to find someone who will appreciate our home just as much as we did. And well, financially … the final offer exceeded our expectations - They took care of great marketing and we had many great offers within a week of putting our house on the market.
Of course, our main goal was to sell our property - and we did, thanks to Karen, with an outstanding result. The offers started to appear within a week from listing our property, and we closed on the deal not much longer after that.
She took care of the appropriate pricing based on the market, which attracted many interested buyers. She also took care of the professional staging and our place looked simply beautiful.
